With the exception of Retailer Express and Retailer Solo, all RBA products are offered with a comprehensive support agreement. This support agreement gives you access to a catalogue of resources, telephone, email and remote support, and free software updates on demand.
As well as being able to call or e-mail our helpdesk, all registered users can access the following online resources:

- Application Notes on special software features
- Report templates
- Driver Downloads
- Training / Instruction Videos
We also keep our Registered clients up to date with developments to the software and new features on a regular basis.
Telephone Support Hours
RBA have a superb telecommunications system that allows any of our support technicians and office staff to answer calls from a number of offices around the country, so your call should get answered quickly and professionally. But should your call be diverted to our answering service, please leave a message as this also will be forwarded onto our support desk and dealt with promptly.
Our main office opening hours are: Monday to Friday – 9:30am till 5:00pm.
Out of hours
RBA do offer support outside of our normal office hours and do not charge any extra for this service provided it is not abused.
