For Hardware and DIY customers, Retailer has close ties with Home Hardware Southwest, who provide a complete stock list, along with information of available promotions, and also take orders electronically. The system works hand in hand with Stax Trade Centres using the innovative Till2Till system that updates Retailer with purchases made at the Cash and Carry. Other supplier integration features include stock lists and ordering through buying groups. Catalogue feeds and updates can be managed from a range of suppliers including Toolbank.
